As a final training mockup and for the usual security reasons, DCIS
has asked us to encrypt the starting point for MISSION: DCIS
84085--Cold Angel.

The files enclosed pertain to surveillance videos viewable from this

They were all recorded at the DCIS Training facility on 051499.

We expect that teams of your caliber will be able to decode them and
ascertain the starting location of your mission without much
difficulty.

CI3 has no further direct involvement with this mission nor can we
affect its outcome because we will not be in the field. But you will
be. It is in your hands. We have done our part and have matched you
with a mission. From now on, you are in the employ of the WFS. As you
just found out, you will be working closely with the DCIS in your
attempt to stop the UER from unleashing a biological horror. We have
given you all the information that CI3 has available on this mission.
We will continue to update the website and notify you if we come
across any news pertinent to your mission. Needless to say, we will be
monitoring your progress throughout this mission and your future
missions with CI3 will depend on your performance.

Your mission seems quite difficult, but we are certain that the agents
we pick are the best in the world.
